WMODO is incorporated in Manerbio (Brescia, Italy), as an international operrating design consultancy. The company has been founded by Marcus Wachter, an alumni of the Art Center College of Design California and Sam Lyung Hyun, an alumni of the Dong-Duk University, South Korea.
WMODO has under its wings a talent pool of highly specialized and competent designers/engineers. The success of WMODO steems from the speed and efficiency with which it applies its avaiable services. A state of the art research lap and a strategic alliances with engineering and manufacturing companies.
WMODO consists of three professionals.
Marcus Wachter, swiss of origin, diplomated as car mechanician/electrician with eight years of work expierience. Followed by a degree 1997, Bachelor of Science in Transportation Design at Art Center College of Design in California (USA).
Then he moved to Italy followed by four years of work experience as a Car Designer with I-DE-A Institute S.p.A. in Torino. Marcus Wachter was instructor for Alias Wavefront at the Industrial Design Department a laboratory for advanced modeling in Design at the Politechnico di Torino, Italy.
Sam Lyung Hyun, south korean of origin, an alumni of the Dong-Duk University 1996 (industrial/interior design). Then she moved to Italy to study transportation design at the Istituto Europeo di Design, Torino.
Work expirience as a transportation designer with the Company Magnetti Marelli, car lighting systems. Followed by a collaboration with Alfa Romeo as a car designer.
Rene Kathriner, swiss of origin, software administrator with the company SAP(Switzerland), System engineer and Antivirus Spezialist with Nokia.
WMODO is placed in Manerbio 15 km from Brescia (near by Milano, Bergamo, Verona)and we would like to share with you the passion to create exiting products. WMODO has its emphasis to create exciting and competitive products.
